Retrofit internet connectivity for industrial equipment

Our retrofit control and monitoring service Osmium gives owners and engineers remote access to industrial installations wherever they are – at the other end of a production plant or on the other side of the world. Developed originally for wind turbines, Osmium can work non-intrusively alongside existing control and monitoring processes, enhancing existing capability through presentation of additional diagostic information and improved performance reporting. It is versatile, allowing users to issue commands and to update the firmware on their industrial devices remotely. Our customers have been using it since 2019 to reduce downtime, minimise maintenance costs and extend the lieftime of their plant.

Fine Energy Operations Limited is a UK company registered in England no 8235679 trading as Fine Energy. We generate renewable energy through the ownership and operation of small-scale wind turbines. We are always interested in expanding our portfolio of turbines by acquiring operational sites and we can help you turn a portfolio of consented sites into revenue-generating assets. Through our joint venture company Windbase we provide specialist engineering support to the owners of small-scale wind turbines and their local maintenance partners in the UK and Italy.
